The Group
The Polkamaniacs is a small Tampa-based Polka band which performs regularly throughout the Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Sarasota areas. We regularly provide German entertainment at multi-day Oktoberfests, restaurants, breweries, and private parties. We most commonly perform as a quartet (four-person ensemble), but we can organize a group of any size to meet the needs of your event. All members of the group are professional performing musicians with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in their instrument.
The Instruments & Music
We play on brass instruments including Trumpets, Trombones, Euphoniums, and Tubas to provide a warm German Polka sound. We mostly play authentic Polkas and Waltzes favorites like In Heaven There Is No Beer, with the occasional march or ragtime thrown in. If you are booking us, let us know in advance and we can make sure we have your favorites in our repertoire!
